Thank you all for such kind comments :) The pattern on the fan done in coloured pencil kind of evolved and it looked a bit odd at first until I did a second layer of orange watercolour over the top. This blended the design together and made the orange pencil design look a lot better! I tried so hard to stick to orange and brown but I gave in and had to use purple didn't I?! :D
